Happy New Year 2007!

Well we’ve made it again for His glory!

That is truly something to be thankful for, indeed it is.

Our work is not done, we still have more to do.

So what’s next? 

What will you do this year to show your appreciation of all that you’ve been enabled to get through? 

Yes, 2006 had some momentous occasions and situations, good, bad and otherwise.

However, we did get through. 

I know there were times in my own life where I threw the towel in.  I became exasperated, gave up, and washed my hands of situations and folks. 

I battled at times with my overall health in all matters.

 I questioned why me.  The answer was why not you? 

I am as you are, truly blessed and to those that much is given, much is expected.  That’s why I try to let you know that yes, you have made it and will continue to do in spite of the negative reports. 

Please don’t wear the outfit of negativity.  Cast that old garment away forever.  Put on the full armor of the One which the battle belongs to.

So, I let some things, people and some situations go…and that’s when they and all other things came into proper alignment. 

I met a wise woman of great faith, who had attended Encouraging Word’s event held in June 2006.  She told me these words were given to her for me from God.  I willingly share these words with you now, they were: 

Revelation, Restoration and Restitution.

How powerful these words were, and still are in my life even unto this moment in time.  I needed a timely an encouraging word.  I needed to know that what truly has happened in my life’s situations were not merely happenstance.  They have happened all for His glory.  Believe it for it is true.  I tell you today, there will be, if you simply allow it to be, a major manifestation of the glory of Christ within you when you continue to strive to see(k) him more and to go higher in Christ.  Apply these words in your own life and life’s situations and watch the powerful changes occur. 

You will believe!

I ask that you heartily apply these same words of action and faith in your situations and believe for a brighter being of self.  Also, I ask that you too, will share these encouraging words with another. 

The challenges we face in our health are at times insurmountable with our own limited mind, views and opinions of others and also the limited options we think only exist for us.  I tell you now, the options are abundant, and limits only exist when we place them there.

So free yourself today, this year you will be more, as well as do more easily.  You will rest and reap where you have not sown.  Let your mind receive the fertile blessings of our Father, who knows just what it is you have need of to benefit yourself, others and reflect His favor, mercy and grace in your life.

Think about this for a moment: what new milestones do you wish to leave as a legacy in your faith walk in dealing with heart disease, and all other manner of situations that may have impacted your physical or emotional health as well?

Perhaps even the ability to let go and let your faith heal the negative reports of love lost and love found will revive you?

Truly the one love that is never lost is the Love of our Father.  We can find this love inside us at anytime we care to see(k) it, for it is always present, that love never leaves nor forsakes us. 

When we open ourselves to the healing principles of His willingness to love us unconditionally in any situation we can know for sure, that His love endures forever.

My belief for us all this year is that it will be a year in which we experience an abundance of health in mind, body and spirit, true love and peace from within and that we will unselfishly share that love with one another for His glory .  Expecting nothing in return other than to see, receive and give forgiveness, having light embrace and envelope those of us in dark places where we have struggled with things of yesterday and yesteryear concerning things done and things left undone. 

Before is gone, right now is!

Place right thoughts in your heart and mind right now and always and watch for a harvest of unbelievable proportions.  You are well and whole. 

Speak the Word for it is life...Share the Word for it gives life.

This is a new bright shinning day in which the Lord has made; we shall rejoice and be glad in it.

Let healthy peaceful thoughts dwell within us and pour out upon those which we love and those which we need to learn to love in spite of… because we are commanded to do so, thus allowing us all to receive a myriad of healing and manifestation of His blessings which will be evident in not only what we talk but more importantly our walk and way of life. 

My friend, continue to be a blessing, because you are blessed indeed!

I ask you again:  "So what's next?" 

What will you do this year and beyond to reflect the power within you, the blessings, the more of Him?  Give back to another, share an encouraging word...give what you have need of.  Some may say, I have nothing to give, ah but you do, you have Him, so give from the wellspring of your heart, dig deeper and find that when you take the emphasis off of yourself, you'll find yourself all over the place for His glory!

My action will be to take Encouraging Word Ministries to a higher level of reaching more people with encouragment.  At times this seems daunting, but I'm up for it, and if I'm not, He'll certainly prepare me and lead the way.  Do I want to do this, not always, but I need to do this, because I've been given a new hope, a vehicle if you will, my voice, my love of others...my new life is not only in my physical being, but in my spirit too to reach out to you. 

My spirit and will are strong. 

I want to go all over for His glory. 

There are hills and mountains to climb by faith and with thanksgiving no matter what the report says. 

I don't have a spirit of fear. 

That's not my inheritance. 

I know who the Captain of my team is!  

What about in your life, what are you willing to share with another that will be a reflection of His favor, grace and mercy in your life?  Are you willing to go an additional mile to encourage another.  If you need encouragement and strength then show some to someone!  Remember again, this is the year in which we will reap where we have not sown.  Be willing to share what you have received freely, please share this message for His glory!

I am willing and eagerly await my opportunity each moment to step up to the plate and take my turn at bat!
